1 Rules changes

A major game company behind one of the popular ttrpg games has recently decided to changing their licensing terms yet again. In addition to that, there are rumours that the commercial and libre aspect of any works related could be subject to, shall I say, issues. This has some hints of the GPL v2 to v3 split, but in this case, the license that may or may not be related to some content that might be related to some "terms" or concepts or even "mechanics" is undergoing some changes. And though Fenris Punk is Creative Commons, I feel like it might be a good idea to completely abstract the rules for now, at least until a software version of the "rules" aka game logic is implemented.

It has not left my mind that the Capcom v Data East game clone case should provide some precedent here, scène à faire, but I would like to keep away as much as possible, without naming names of the company or the license.
